Marcia Haydée is the only Brazilian who has become an international icon in the art of dance. Known as the "Callas of dancing", her life is entangled with that of the great dancers, choreographers and directors who are part of the history of dance from the second half of the 20th century onwards. The film follows the personal and artistic journey of Marcia Haydée from her training in Rio de Janeiro to her worldwide recognition as prima ballerina, uncovering what made her the exceptional artist she is, what constitutes her unique style and what distinguishes her from all of those who preceded her.
