CINEMA NOVO is a poetic essay that investigates one of the main Latin American cinematographic movements, through the thought and fragments of the films of its main authors. The film plunges into the adventure of the creation of a generation of filmmakers who idealized a new way of making movies in Brazil - from a political attitude that combined art and revolution - and which had a desire to take to the streets and to meet of the Brazilian people.
